By using our services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions provided by AeroWing Global Express (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our services.
1. Services Provided
AeroWing Global Express offers international shipping and logistics services, including freight forwarding, package handling, consolidation, local pickup, island-wide delivery (via Knutsford Express), and delivery tracking for shipments between the U.S. (via our Florida warehouse partner) and Jamaica.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are typically delivered within 48–72 business hours from departure.
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs, holidays, natural disasters, or other third-party disruptions.
AeroWing is not liable for delays outside of our control, including customs clearance or courier delays.
3. Island-Wide Delivery
Packages may be picked up locally or delivered across Jamaica through Knutsford Express.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Missed or refused deliveries may result in additional charges.
4. Prohibited Items & Restrictions
We do not accept prohibited items including, but not limited to: firearms, explosives, perishables, counterfeit goods, and hazardous materials.
Packages containing such items will be rejected, confiscated, or reported to authorities if necessary.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed in full before a package is released or delivered.
Accepted methods: BNS, NCB & COD.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice (see Section 9).
6. Liability Limitations
AeroWing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to:
Delays caused by customs, third-party couriers, or natural disasters
Loss or damage due to improper packaging by the sender
Inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer
7. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate shipping and contact details.
Pay all applicable fees on time.
Pick up packages within 30 days to avoid disposal or storage fees.
Report lost/damaged shipments within 48 hours of receipt.
8. Modifications to Service and Prices
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue the Service at any time, without notice.
Adjust pricing, shipping rates, service offerings, and terms as needed.
Notify customers via email or our website when major changes are implemented.
We are not liable to customers or third parties for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuance of the Service.
9. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms
Abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious behavior
Non-payment of services
You may also terminate your use of our service at any time by contacting us in writing.
10. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information.
Data collected (name, email, address, shipment details) is used only to fulfill shipping and support services.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or necessary for shipment delivery (e.g., courier services).
